On 18th-21st November a joint ATC/Inner Temple team travelled to Kuala Lumpur to deliver an advocacy teacher-training course to members of the Malaysian Bar, to help enhance and develop their own advocacy training programmes. The visit drew on long-established links between Inner Temple and the Malaysian Inner Temple Alumni Association, and was attended by members of the judiciary in addition to practitioners. It was very favourably received, and it is anticipated that those participating will 'cascade' the principles of the Hampel Method to practitioners throughout Malaysia.
